How much autonomy and support/ encouragement are you given from management?

Hi there! There is a real mix of autonomy and support here at PathMotion. The reason why I decided to come back to join PathMotion was because I felt like I had learned a lot during my initial internship. The opportunity to take on a role with (significantly) more responsibility as a graduate was really exciting. I think you'll find at PathMotion that the co-founders (or management) are open to hearing new ideas and ways of doing things if it's going to lead to an improvement in our business. I have learned ways of working that make me better at what I do. So, if anything, now I feel empowered to make decisions autonomously and know that I will have the support from my managers. Of course, we're not perfect, so even if I didn't make the best decision - it would be an opportunity to learn.
