Success at PathMotion is usually down to two things: Your drive to take ownership over projects, and your ability to work with team members across the board.
Early on at PathMotion, you are taught how to become a leader. You have the opportunity to work closely with the founders of the company, and the leaders of each individual team. As a small start-up, you take responsibility for your own projects - you lead, innovate and eventually learn to decide on the strategy for these projects. The idea is that eventually, you will provide the full strategic plan to the cofounders and they will be in the position to agree with what you have proposed. This allows PathMotion to breed leaders and innovators.
Your ability to work with team members across the board is important, not only for the above but also to maintain the positive company culture they have striven to instil. First and foremost, we work as a team on all projects. Everyone has the platform to propose ideas, which actually means that we open ourselves up to greater things - the more brains, the better. On top of this, except for during COVID, we run a lot of team drinks, activities and make sure that we visit both the Paris and London office regularly. During COVID, we have held weekly happy-hours, a meditation class with an instructor, and we're looking forward to our company-wide zoom day which will include lots of activities, talks and potentially a sweet treat delivered to each of our doors.
Now you can see, that if you want to succeed at PathMotion, you need to be a team player and an innovator.
I hope this helps. If you have my questions, feel free to ask!
