Hello!

The role is very much an inside consultant role where the candidate will need to provide actionable insights from their analysis on the performance of the platform of the clients, how well new features are working and other analyses.

To achieve this, we think the person need to be an all rounded who can easily produce data-driven analysis but also draw qualitative input sinply by speaking to stakeholders, see through the key issues, use good judgment to make recommendations which we can actually implement.

That’s why we’re kooking for someone who typically has a consultant / analysis background.

What s great about that role is that, for say someone transitioning from a consultancy, they will be able to go beyond the slides recommendation and see through the changes they recommend, thereby learn to make very practical recommendations taking into account the real life context and constraints of the organisation.

And because we re not a massive organisation, there will be little hurddle in actually seeing through any great recommendations. Our size also means that the person will be able to grow into a leadership position.

What else do you think an insights manager can bring to our organisation?
