What support for personal development / training is provided?

Thanks for the question, when I joined PathMotion the first month was much more about questioning and learning than actually doing. The progress was closely monitored by the management and I must say training went pretty smoothly, when they felt I was ready, I slowly took on additional responsibilities.

Even after some time everybody is really helpful and collaborative when someone encounters a challenge. So I would say that the training here is kind of a continuous one. Even when you take initiative for some project nobody gets irritated when you seek help.
