As an intern, what is the biggest professional or personal development you've made at PathMotion?

I'd say that my biggest personal development has been the learning. As an intern, I get to have a go at a variety of different tasks, from marketing to client success to helping organise company events. It's been a very fulfilling experience as I've been able to get a clear and wide view of what it is like working in a start-up.

Personally, as this was the first time I had a full-time job, my biggest challenge was adapting to that life style which is very different to a student's life style. The transition wasn't always easy and I had to work on myself to make sure I was doing the work needed and keeping up with the expectations. I feel like this learning experience has helped me massively in terms of maturity and developing all the key competences needed to be successful in the corporate world. Of course these competences need improving and I still have a lot to learn in the last two months of my internship.

Overall, the last few months have allowed me to gain a lot of confidence, whether that be professionally or personally, and has been a fantastic learning experience. The culture of support at PathMotion has made the process much smoother and without it I don't think I would've learned nearly as much as I did.
