What responsibilities can new hires expect in a role similar to yours?

Hello, I would say that there is a lot a possibilities for a new hire in Client Success team at PathMotion ! Indeed, managers are really receptive to new ideas and fresh eyes. They do encourage new hires to share their point of view and express what they want to discover and bring to PathMotion. For instance, I was very surprised when I arrived the first week because my new manager asked me to find a subject that would count for me to realize here and that could bring something new to the company. It was very encouraging and stimulating to come and draw my own roadmap. In this role, I also have the opportunity to share with others different teams like Sales, Marketing or Product. It makes the everyday life exciting!
