What support for personal development / training is provided?

When I first joined I had a 3 week training with the previous intern in which we went over all different aspects/responsibilities of the role. Overtime, as I got more familiar with various tasks and was therefore able to do them quicker, I was required to do more tasks which were thoroughly explained to me. A great thing to remember and a key element of what makes PathMotion's culture is that at any time were I feel unsure/don't know how to do something it's very easy to ask for help and people are always keen.
