Hello Nick, thanks for asking ! The interaction between the Client Success and the Product Management are very essential. Indeed, the Client Success has a direct contact with clients who's the first ones to come with some suggestions to make their experience with the product evolve. Thus, Client Success and Product Management work closely together to make the product the most convenient for our client. We use different communication tools to share ideas and grow together.
