Hi James, filling in for Raphaël: I've been working directly with clients for a few years now and have constantly been communicating their feed back to the product development team.

A large part is really understanding the client's frustrations and needs then working with the devs to find solutions. Clients inspire development by proposing refined processes within the product and suggesting new features. There's a lot of work and other sources of inspiration when it comes to the PM platform, but we are always open to hear feedback (from anyone!).
