Thank you for a great question!
From my perspective, it is a few things...
1 - Giving the talent answers to their specific questions and making it easily findable, many times the information may be there deeply within a career website but if it is not easy to find then it doesn't exist!
2 - Making sure that the answer is coming from someone who the talent trusts as credible; we find that when information is presented from a top-down approach coming from the corporate recruitment team, many times the talent don't feel like they are getting the full picture and they go to find the information elsewhere (like to Glassdoor, etc.)
3 - Make sure that the information is relevant and up to date; a video that was posted a few years ago is not as helpful as content that was just refreshed a few days ago!
I've found that our clients who are able to do these things can get real valuable interaction with candidates and that the best candidates respect this level of transparency and diligence and they take it as a signal that this company is truly authentic and a strong place to build their career.
Hope that helps!
Kaeshelle C. from our team has some great insights on this as well!
