Hi Zoe,

A really great question. PathMotion is growing rapidly, so each department is continuing to expand. However, Client Success, in particular, is a really integral part to any Saas company and PathMotion is no different. The team has already grown in the last two months and I envisage that in the short term we will continue to expand in this part of the business. As the Customer Success Manager, I will no doubt need more support moving forward as our client base continues to grow.

I hope that gives you an insight into the short term growth of the Customer Success function at PathMotion.

All the best,
Will

Hi Will,
Your comments on this topic were extremely helpful.
I agree that Customer Success has definitely become an integral part to Saas companies over the last few years.
Due to the high growth of PathMotion it is inevitable that your team will grow. Are there any specific qualities you are looking for in your new recruits?

Hi Zoe,

At PathMotion, we look for a number of key traits when recruiting new members to the team. In the Client Success team, we look for individuals that demonstrate strong communication skills as this is really key when dealing with clients on a daily basis. We also look out for candidates with great organisational skills as this is imperative when managing several projects for a number of different clients at the same time.

I hope that gives you an insight into the key qualities we look for in new recruits.
