PathMotion helps organisations to bridge the content gap by enabling candidates to directly ask their questions to the employees. Most candidates who go on traditional career websites cannot find the information they're seeking (life within the organisation, typical day at work, advises to pass the interviews, etc.) and though the discussions, PathMotion provides that authentic and persuasive content.
Also, the content can be easily shared across all recruitment channels to reach out to even more people. Last but not least, our solution can be implemented not only on a local level, but also on a global level (multiple countries). These are just some elements among others but we offer a unique talent attraction tool that helps organisations to move candidates along the recruitment funnel and to re-engage them during the recruitment process.
