Hi Adrian,
Great question and happy to help. Success in my role can be measured in several ways.
Ultimately my role is a sales role and my day to day responsibilities are around attracting, developing & nurturing new opportunities. As with all sales roles I have quarterly targets to achieve so success from this view point is easily measured.
However, I also consider success in my role to be not just about hard sales metrics but also in terms of my wider business contribution. Given where we are as a business, the founders are open to new ways of working and on a monthly basis we get together to share ideas and strive to continuously improve. While there are no hard metrics for this approach, as an employee I welcome the opportunity to share my ideas and occasionally I come up with a new concept or enhancement which is then adopted into our strategy.
