Hi, would love to know what are some of the features client really love in the product?

We have quite a few features so, I'm just going to focus on one so, I can provide further detail. One of our clients' favourite features is our Live Chats because there is so much you can do with them. You can focus on specific topics such as diversity; for instance 'women in banking'. Given that diversity is becoming more important to employers, I'm delighted that our features can adapt to accommodate and facilitate those conversations.

Also, there's something quite memorable and distinct about participating in a live session - for both the candidates and employees participating. It's usually where we get the best feedback.

For our clients, it can sometimes be tricky to get their employees' time to participate in candidate facing events. So, being able to connect from anywhere in the world, on the train, on the tube or from their desk!
