What do you enjoy most about working in client success at PathMotion?

Personally, what I enjoy most about working in Client Success at PathMotion is the fact that I can work so closely with our clients and take on a lot of responsibility so early on. As an intern, I didn’t think I would actually contact them directly nor did I think I will be on the phone with them and do client presentations!

Another thing that I really enjoy is ensuring our clients get the most out of their product and for that to happen, we need to work in teams and communicate with each other. Seeing how impactful the PathMotion product can be is quite amazing! For instance, it might have improved a client’s quality of hires as more authentic information has been shared and actual, genuine candidates applied to join the company. (Of course, this needs to be analysed in further details, which sometimes we have).

One last thing, I really enjoy the start-up vibe that PathMotion provides, which is different from big bureaucratic companies!
