Client and Account Coordinator

Hi Edward, thanks for asking this question!

Since I first started at PathMotion, I have taken on a lot of projects from other departments (i.e. Marketing, Product) and I can say that I have improved upon my time management and organisational skills. As a matter of fact, I have a whole Excel spreadsheet with all my projects, deadlines, priority level, related links, etc! This has been extremely helpful as I can clearly see which task I should focus on first before moving on to the next one. I also learned to pay attention to small details as I often produce documents for clients and they need to be professional.

I remember my first week at PathMotion was very busy with many meetings, catch-ups and training sessions for me to understand the company, the product as well as the role itself. Kaeshelle C. also helped me train many times on my presentation skills which I was not confident in, and I then managed to do a whole presentation with a big client by myself!

I also improved upon my analytical skills and learned to work in teams and to communicate more since we have a lot of group projects with close deadlines. Having each other’s perspective, methodology and ideas is a great way to improve the whole project.

Overall, my placement at PathMotion gave me a chance to discover myself and to learn new skills/improve on my skills. I now have a clearer idea of what I am good at and what I would like to do in the future.
