What is the one thing you’ve always wanted to do in PathMotion but haven’t been able to?

I love the question!

It's funny because we were speaking about this today: because we have so much potential ideas against the time we've got available, it is in fact often harder to decide not to do something new then to decide to say yes to do it. But it's important to be able to do so otherwise you can diverge away from your core.

For example we have been asked by companies to use the platform for uses uses beyond recruitment (you can imagine many applications of the platform whereby "insiders" speak to "outsiders), and whilst this is tempting to say yes and we feel there is potential, we have decided to say not at the moment. So it is sometimes frustrating to say no but it is the right thing to do.

Do you agree?

I think focus’s is the essence of strategy so I agree but sometimes it’s worth getting an outside contract team to evaluate these opportunities and see if there are legs on it. This still allows your team to focus and maybe see if there is an opportunity on the other side where you could get investment in.
