What are the key skills and characteristics you need to succeed at PathMotion?

Great question and happy to help. To some extent those characteristics linked to success will depend upon your role, however I'll try to give you some insight into the culture here at PathMotion which I hope will help too.

Things move pretty quick around here and priorities can often change. So I suppose one key trait would be to be "adaptable" to changing circumstances.

We are also growing quickly and while we are pretty well structured, there is always room for improvement. So for me the second trait would be a "willingness to contribute", not just in terms of innovation but in general ways of working.

Linked to my second point is a "willingness to learn" but not just from colleagues. There will be times where we need to proactively learn new techniques which we need to sometimes do independently.
