What’s the most informative thing you have learnt whilst working at PathMotion?

I would say the most informative thing I have learnt so far at PathMotion is how valuable a truly interactive recruitment process can be for both our clients and their candidates. In my role I am constantly advising clients on how to get the most out of the platform and to increase candidate engagement, and it became clear to me early on how beneficial this level of open conversation can be for both companies and potential employees. (And made me question why every company doesn’t use this type of platform!).

As well as this, the pace of working in the tech industry has been a new challenge for me and it has been very informative in terms of understanding the nature of this sector and what is needed to keep such a platform functioning and performing to an excellent standard.
