For working at PathMotion, what are the three main qualifications of employees you are looking for?

Hey Pengyu, thanks for your question! From my time here, I can tell you that there aren't any specific qualifications required to work here, but some relevant experience and skills will be a plus for the type of role you apply for. However, I can share with you common individual characteristics at PathMotion.

Even though we all have different backgrounds, degrees and qualifications, there are three main characteristics which I believe we all share: Dynamism, Intellectual Curiosity and Honesty/Transparency.

First, PathMotion is a very dynamic and fast-paced environment. Right from the start of my internship, I was given a wide variety of tasks and responsibilities of which I'm proud to see that make a difference in the company. You are never out of tasks, and always learning new things along the way!

Second, we are all super enthusiastic about the products we are working on and offering. The best part is that we're all there and keen to help and learn from one another (whether on the development side to the marketing and sales side).

Last, for us to all be on the same track and collaborate efficiently, we are all honest/transparent about our work. Everyone know who's working on what and for whom, even from a management's perspective. We are like a family, and there isn't any need to hide anything.
