Hi there,
Thank you for your question. Working at PathMotion means that you can try, take initiatives, try again, give your ideas, put them into practice, evolve, etc... There is no barrier! Just do it. This is definitely my favorite thing about working at PathMotion. Everybody is really open and supportive.

I agree with Emmanuelle's message, it's great to take and give feedback to effect change within PM!
My favourite part of working here is probably quite specific to my role, but I love working with all the different teams in the company, it gives me overarching view of how PathMotion is doing.
One thing that I found surprising is how the teams evolved as PathMotion grew. Working so closely with everyone has personally given me the opportunity to learn different techniques and methodologies used by different teams to see if they can be applied elsewhere to make work more efficient and enjoyable.
Hope this gives you an idea of what working at PM is like!

Hi anon, I'll chip in as well - I totally agree with Jon and Manue, despite working in different teams, there is a lot of crossover where we can draw on the expertise of our colleagues to improve the projects we're working on. There's a whole 'team' vibe.
It's always a great surprise to see who is going to pop over from France in the week (it's even better when they bring presents like food *hint*)!

I thought I'd jump in on this as well. While I've only been at PathMotion for 6 months it's been a great learning experience. My longer term ambitions are to set up my own business, so being in a fast growing, ever changing company has given me a great insight into the advantages and challenges of working in a smaller company. In addition it's great to be surrounded by a great & supportive team and regardless of your role/department everyone is aligned to the same goal.
