Thanks Tobi. One of the challenging part is to accept that you will be working in a relatively small team and therefore the expectations on each team members are high. This means for example that we are looking for people who can work independently, can cope with pressure, with taking feedback.
On the other hand, this is also what makes it one of the most rewarding part of working at PathMotion. People get a lot of responsibility early on (e.g. our marketing manager had to manage a major press release the first day she arrives), coaching from various people to get better at what they do (e.g. our investors who have successful experience in our field take the time with our business development team to share best practices) and get a real chance to have an impact on their line of work and one of the rest of the organisation (e.g. one of our intern led a major survey in their former uni which generated key ideas for our next phase of product development).
Hope this gives you a better feel!
