As a technological product provider, and because you have many locations, are your tech, client success or sales teams already working in remote, or have you set up the necessary tools and organization to do that?

Hello, at the moment we do not have a formal remote work policy but it is something we keep under review, trying to balance the benefits of remote work on the one hand and of team work and cohesion on the other.

In the meantime, we do offer some flexibility on a case-by-case basis for example for team members who live further away and whose work can be done quite independently on some days, or on occasional basis for those who need it.

We have / are also in the process of outsourcing some functions e.g. tech and leadgen which is another effort at working towards remote where we think the case is strong.

What is your view on this issue?

Hello!

Happy to give some updates regarding this question. Full time employees are now allowed to take 2 days for remote work. This was validated by the management team during our last event day :)

Cheers,
Olivier
