Hi Dan,

Great question and hopefully I can help. There are two viewpoints here...one emotional, one functional.

Before joining PathMotion I also used the platform from a candidate perspective and immediately feel in love with the solution. For me, it was incredibly valuable to have the opportunity to ask real employees questions, to hear my now colleagues speak so passionately about why they joined PathMotion. Their willingness to help answer my questions and give greater context to PathMotion and the company mission provided me with the information I needed to give me the confidence that I was making the right decision.

My experience as a candidate using PathMotion was so positive and certainly influenced my decision to join the company, that now as an employee I want to help future candidates considering a career with us too. I am not alone and many of the PathMotion team had similar positives experiences using the platform when they were candidates. Internal adoption of the platform is therefore fairly easy as we want to share our own positive candidate experience for future talent.

While the above speaks of my personal experience, we've also built in some great functions into the platform that enables the team to have clear visibility of any unanswered questions as well as the platform working for us and automatically inviting team members to contribute to questions.
