How did the idea of pathmotion come about?

Each of the co-founders was once persuaded by an insider of an organisation to accept an offer from that organisation.

In my case, I got a call from a current student at a university i got an offer to study at, telling me stories of his teachers including that some used to work in the white house. I ended up joining this university over other ones.

This concept of someone from the inside sharing amazing stories of his organisation (which cannot be found on typical websites) made us wonder: why not scale this somehow online so that every prospective candidates early on in the process can benefit from these insider stories?

The rest is history...!
