As CTO of a startup, what is your biggest challenge? What is your favourite bit of the job?
Additional information
As a head of marketing at a startup, my biggest challenge is focusing effort on the right customer. My favourite bit of the job is working with such a broad spectrum of professionals (inside and outside of the business) to achieve ambitious goals.

Hi Julia,
As a CTO my goal is to make sure we can handle everything that is needed to support the growth of the company.
To be able to perform on that point, a key challenge is for me to manage a very good team around the tech and the product, and being sure everyone is aligned on the short, mid and long term targets. Building a key team that can step-by-step take more and more of ownership on many different topics aligned with the common goals is a key challenge.
Before going even further in term of business scaling, we need to be sure to build right now the best company foundations, and the team is one of the main one.
And linked to that, one of my favourite bit of job is for sure being really proud to build a such company as it becomes now, and continuiing being sure to do the maximum to bring it even further.
Hope that can inspire you.
Cheers,
Nassim
