When discussing potential adoption of the PM platform, what are the most frequent mental barriers to overcome? How?
Additional information
From what I can see, PM is a great solution to a problem that HR directors probably don't even realise they have.

Hi Chris, thanks for your question. Initial reservations we come across from prospects include: budget considerations, amount of time insiders will spend on the platform, content moderation and concerns regarding implementation. I think you hit the nail on the head when you used the expression 'mental barriers' in the sense that these are very much initial reservations that one has before having detailed knowledge of our solution. Therefore making sure we address these concerns allows us to provide as much information as possible to a prospect, while taking the opportunity to show how smoothly the platform operates and building a rapport with them. We have found that most mental barriers disappear once we explain the runnings of the PathMotion platform and the measures/safeguards in place to make it work as effectively as possible. I hope this helps.

Hi Alex,
Thanks for that, it's very helpful as it gives me a fuller picture and where potential clients stand.
I can totally imagine that they are only objections due to a misunderstanding or an incomplete perception of the solutions.
I never considered the safeguarding/content moderation factor, though that must be pretty simple to get around.
You mentioned that pre-empting and handling these potential challenges, as well as showing the smooth execution of the product were necessary.
Would you say that the demonstration of the solution is key to overcome those barriers?
Not just from the candidate perspective which I can confirm works exceptionally well, but also from the recruiter side?
Much appreciated.
Chris

Hi Chris, happy to answer your questions. Definitely, it's always great to live showcase the merits of the product. It speaks for itself and it's always great to watch people get excited when they discover it and its features for the first time. Promoting our platform without a live demo makes it trickier, but always good to ignite prospect curiosity.

I can imagine the look of realisation that they'd get when they understand it fully and the smile that would extend across their face when they envision how it would work for them.
Awesome. Much appreciated Alex.
Absolute pleasure speaking with you.
