Hi Mariam, and thanks for your question.

Personally, I really like the versatility of the platform and the fact that it is really easy to use. You can talk about any topics to any insiders ranging from interview tips to much deeper career advice conversations or digging into rather technical topics. You may ask a simple question as well as start a discussion with many people involved: other candidates and/or insiders.
Live Chats for example are very popular in term of engagement with applicants and they also contribute to feeding the platform with very vivid and relevant content.
I would add that we constantly improve the platform with new features and products (chatbot, video responses, etc.).
