Our platform provides the authentic and persuasive content missing on most organisations' career websites.

One of our studies about candidate experience showed that candidates were mainly looking for information about life inside the company, the role and feedback on the application process. Last but not least, we discovered that being able to engage with employees was also important for candidates.

Through their employees, our clients manage to bridge that content gap and provide the necessary information that candidates need to know when applying for a job ad (before and even after too).

If I may add a final point, the above information are also easily accessible to the public. Our clients can share the discussions on social media and they have the possibility to organise live chats to answer to their candidates' questions in real-time.
