Hi Lesly, for candidates who use our platform they love getting direct insight about a company or role from people who are already there. It's these answers to their questions which help them make big decisions about the next step in their careers. For our clients, they value giving candidates a great first experience of their company. An experience which can differentiate them from their competitors.

Hi Andrew, sorry for the typo in my question... you might have asked yourself ;-) (main points > pain points). Thank you v much for your answer already; I'd keen keen to hear about any challenges in product adoption to see how marketing could help!

Hi Lesly, yes we are always working on improving our product and solving any pain-points for our clients. I think one challenge we face, for which marketing is key, is for when we launch new product features. Our clients are very busy people so sometimes it is challenge to inform them about and incentive them to first use new areas of the product. We want our clients to benefits from new features and so it is a priority to get this right - through marketing, from within the product and through our relationship management.
