Hi there! With honesty and transparency being a core value at PM, how do you ensure everyone has the chance to chip in?

As in, how do you ensure that employees from all levels of seniority (especially juniors) feel in the position to have their say and express any new ideas that they may have? And how are new ideas communicated across teams?

Hi Sarah, thanks for your question!
I speak from experience when I say that there’s plenty of room for us to share ideas and contribute to the company! Whether it is in person, via various channels on Slack or during a Monday catch-up session, you can always talk to someone. You can also send a message directly to the person in charge of the project. If you address yourself to the wrong person, they’ll just direct you to the right one.
Personally, I tend to share my ideas whenever I have a meeting with my Manager. For instance, we noticed a problem and after thinking about it, I came up with an idea that I shared with her. She liked it, and now I am working on this big project, to make this idea come to life. It’s pretty exciting to see that we can make an impact like this! Ideas are always valued at PathMotion and you have loads of opportunities to express them ;)
Hope this helps!
