Every client is different but generally speaking from a conceptual standpoint going to the basics often makes sense.
Most of our clients don’t have an issue of attracting enough applicants but rather one of attracting and convincing the right candidates to apply and join. They often have experienced involving current employees through physical events / meetings to engage with candidates and convince the right one to apply and join, so they know that it’s something that works (if they haven’t, we share the research illustrating that this is the case). Our Software does exactly this in a more efficient and scalable way and sharing concrete stats and ROI from existing clients usually speaks for itself.
Have you experienced other ways to convince prospects to adopt new software or any specific ideas for us?
