Hi Carolyn, thanks for your question!
This is quite a tricky question given that I've already seen some changes through in Client Success.
The one thing I would change about PathMotion would be expanding our team. Our product and concept are awesome which is why we already have great clients but I think growth is essential for us to really be able to execute all of the other great ideas we have. As with anything prioritisation is heavily involved, so, with a bigger team, I imagine it would be possible to do more.
However, I wouldn't want to lose how closely I can work with my colleagues from different departments as large organisations tend to be quite siloed and that would not be ideal. So, there's a trade-off here.
Is there anything more specific you would like to ask about?
