Hi Kaeshelle, what made you choose a career at Pathmotion? And what do you most enjoy about working there?

Hi Aoife, thanks for your question. I already had experience of PathMotion as an intern in Paris for 6 months. Even though, my intern role was primarily focused on clients, I ended up doing a variety of different task which gave me a lot of exposure to the business as a whole. As I had this great experience, it made sense to follow this up once I had graduated. While lots of my friends were starting grad schemes with well-known organisations. I knew that I wanted to have a lot of responsibility and be a part of shaping how PathMotion developed as a business.

I mostly enjoy playing ping-pong in the office... As well as working with driven people across different locations. I speak with my colleagues in France and the US regularly, we're often exchanging messages (and memes) in Slack. And most of all, we all want to see the business thrive and you can feel that in the working environment.
