What made you want to join PathMotion in the first place (product, culture, nature of role)?

Hi Lesly, thanks for your question. I would say what really sold it for me was the product itself. I saw the benefits immediately, having been often frustrated by archaic and almost robotic company application processes in the past. The start up culture was also very appealing, namely in terms of its full on nature, high responsibility and high pressure environment. The co-founder passion during the interview process also played a big part, as did the opportunity to nurture my own pipeline from A to Z and use my languages / travel. Finally it's great to be somewhere where everyone is relatively young, open minded and treated in the exact same way regardless of their position. Hope that helps!

Hi Alex, that makes a lot of sense - I guess we've all been there, looking at a fancy job desc without any means to truly interact before the interview.

Hello Lesly ! Keen on tech entrepreneurship, I have always loved talking about innovation. But most of the time, good ideas do not meet a market/community.
Here at PathMotion, the idea actually finds enthusiastic and active users in the companies. It even surprises the HR teams sometimes :)

Hi Lesly, great question.
I've always loved tech and startups, which is how I came across PathMotion. However, what made me join was a lightening bolt moment just after being shown the platform and thinking 'why doesn't every company have something like this? They should!'.
The product was the leading factor, but finding out that the team, leadership and culture was also top class was an added bonus.

Hi François, I think PathMotion was a long-awaited recruitment solution. From an insider's perspective, it's pretty engaging to be able to contribute to the hiring process, I've always liked it when I've been involved in the past.

Agreed, Jack. It's like having a news article online without a comments section, kinda old school and frustrating you'd think.
