What are the potentials of career progression in your tech team?

Like the entire company, the Tech Team is growing and we keep increasing the skillsets of the team with new hires but also internally as projects are developed. Some areas also require specialization and we're filling those positions as part of our R&D effort. As the headcount increases, it opens up opportunities for people to grow and take new responsibilities, of course. The team will continue to grow organically across various locations. We'll need both technical leaders and excellent managers.
