Thanks for your question!
We look for people who are aligned with our values as a start namely fun, passionate people who can work as a team (understanding we are stronger together and act consequently!) while at the same time stay humble and caring for one another.
Specific attributes we look for in sales people include:
- Natural persuasion and communication skills: since we have an innovative product we need to embark prospects in willing to implement change internally and that requires persuasion through great communication both verbal and written to make the right arguments
- Excellent organizational skills – this is required to manage your pipeline efficiently while at the same time making sure you are thorough in following up at the right time with the different stakeholders on a given deal
- Good business judgement: it’s important to understand the dynamic of your clients’ business and where their priorities lie in order to understand when (and if) a solution like PathMotion would fit for them
- Great entrepreneurial skills: we constantly innovate in our ways of working (not just on the product) and we expect our sales people to be entrepreneurial in how to go after our prospects and share those new techniques with the wider team.
