What big is your tech team, and do you plan to hire more engineers

Hi,
We are a dozen engineers in our tech team, including full-stack, and front developers, QA and DevOps, but also in Machine learning and product. All are in different locations (Paris, London, and Ukraine), and I can say that some of us have not reached an MS degree, or even did studies in university, but they are doing really great work.
I can let our CTO Raphaël A. talking more about eventual hires, especially for apprentices.
