Hi,

Thanks for your question. We look for a mixture of characteristics but broadly put we want to ensure candidates fit culturally with PathMotion and also have the capabilities of being successful in their job (which will obviously depend on the role).

Although it’s true for each person we hire, it’s fair to say that for senior candidates we look at leadership attributes considering we are a growing company and that our current hires will quickly become our future (if not current) leaders. This is also why we try to hire people with a proven track record that have a certain longevity with their previous employers as we want to make sure we can live this adventure together as long as possible.

In terms of cultural fit, we look for people who are humble and integer but ambitious, fun to work with, are always willing to innovate (including in their way of working) and passionate. One constant value that PathMotion’s employees have always put forward (including in our last session in Berlin last weekend) is the family aspect of the company. It means we stand for each other, help each other out when needed (including outside of work e.g.: Kaeshelle taking Olivier with her to salsa classes when he arrived in London) and obviously from time to time fight with each other (although this is never too serious).

Hope this answers your question. Do you think there are other important aspects we should consider?

Best,
David
