What, if anything, do you dislike about working at PathMotion?

Hey, it's a really good question and obviously fairly difficult to answer. I've been at PathMotion a long time now and have seen a few people come and go. The reality is that working at PathMotionlike many startupsrequires a huge capacity for reactivity, and that doesn't suit everyone.

It'll mean the obvious potential long hours and short deadlines, but also the possibility that these deadlines can change at any moment, something that can be extremely difficult and disorienting if not used to it (luckily I've been here since PathMotion was three people, I've had time to adapt!).
