Hi Sean, that's a very interesting question!
At PathMotion we are in touch with our clients constantly, making sure we support them if they face platform issues, as well as helping them understand PathMotion and the product on a deeper level. By doing that you build a successful client relationship and therefore you are comfortable while talking up to your clients afterwards.
If you work in client success you need to remember that this is business in the end, but it is always better for both parties to make the situation authentic and not artificial. Be honest with your clients and expect exactly the same from them.
