Hi Nathan,

Great question - when we started PathMotion we actually had the false impression that our platform would work better for certain types of industries / jobs. What we found out over time is that it applies to any industry and that's why we now work across 15+ sectors across the globe: from retail, consumer goods, finance and law to the police, the national rail, the army and the post office.

At the end of the day, people buy from people and that's we enable to do in an efficient and scalable way which is why it works quite universally.

Would you have thought the concept is more applicable for certain industries?

Cheers,
David

Hi David, thanks for your response, yes I agree 100% people buy from people, I also think rather than specific industries its more about the clients challenges such as better engagement with candidates, higher conversions from application to hire and control of branding? I presume that's why Pathmotion is unique right?

Hi Nathan,

Yes absolutely - it's mainly about better conversion of the relevant candidates (and repelling the wrong ones to apply/join) by giving them an authentic and unique insight into the work and culture of an organisation through real life stories and conversations with people who are in the job and best placed to speak about it. This also improves the candidates experience and employer brand whilst saving time answering questions and creating valuable content.

Quite a universal concept :)
