Coming from a recruitment background, where I have worked in both the Sales and Marketing teams, I resonate with your clients feedback. The authentic content that the platform generates not only increases applications, it must also allow clients to collect data on what is important to candidates pre-application and pre-interview. This means that they are then able to pinpoint the areas to focus on, which will attract the right candidates.
