Hello Sibel,
This year, our key focus is to continue expand our client base, in Europe and the US, by increasing our sales team as well as through a more elaborate marketing programme.
We are also continuing to improve our existing product features to optimise how they deliver ROI (ultimately aimed at driving more quality hires to our clients), for example by improving the content generated on the platform and the call-to-actions (e.g. to apply) which derive from these.
Over time, we foresee deeper changes to our product (e.g. how AI can better help employees share relevant answers?) and will consider how the platform could be used for other vertical applications (beyond external recruitment, our tool is already used by some clients for internal mobility as well as by universities for student recruitment).
