Hi Mariam,

Thanks for your question.

Our goals are to continue to provide an outstanding product and customer service to our clients. This means we continually invest in making the product evolve to align to clients’ needs while at the same time making it easier for them to use the product. To give you some examples, we recently launched the possibility for Insiders to respond to questions by video, we make it easier for our clients to share the content that is produced on the platform on their social media channels and last but not least we launched our own career chatbot which you can find here: http://www.nhsgraduates.co.uk/ - feel free to test it and let us know what you think!

We are also looking to continue to expand rapidly in our core markets i.e. Europe and more recently in the US, while starting to serve clients globally in multiple locations (and multiple languages).

To achieve all those exciting plans, we need to have an exceptional team in place who are passionate about what they do and strongly believe in the mission we have. We try as best as we can to attract those people and make sure they feel happy and fulfilled at PathMotion by giving them a lot of responsibilities while also helping them succeed in their job. We try to create a culture that is stimulating while at the same supportive and collaborative, which is definitely a challenge but one that we take very seriously and try to invest time and effort in, especially as we are spread across Paris, London and NY. As an example we are going on a trip to Berlin next week all together where we’ll both have social activities and also working session where everyone will be able to contribute with his ideas and thoughts for next year.

Hope that answers your question.

Best,
David
