What is the single biggest challenge facing the company today?

Here is not an easy one to answer as this is hard to compile only one single challenge facing us. Creating a successful company business comes with so many different challenges&

Recently, we raised money from top investors to be able to scale our business and grow faster. Before that, our business was profitable and it was not a forced situation to do so. We decided to face the challenge to build something bigger, and with a lot of ambitions to create a global and successful company that could become a must-have on our market space => Scaling challenge.

For a year now, we expanded our team mainly in Paris and London and over all business areas (tech, sales, client success, marketing&) and facing that, we should not forget the not easy human challenge, and taking care to recruit good and skilled people fitting our company values => Scaling challenge.

Willing also to start expanding our business to other regions over the world makes us be challenged on the sales and processes side, but also on the product/tech side that need to be able to reach those targets => Scaling challenge.

So here, as you can understand, the main challenge can be summarized by our capacity to work hard on many various areas to be able to SCALE our business.
