In terms of what sets us apart, I can immediately think of two things:

1) Our People truly love the product - the topic of authenticity in the context of making informed career choices resonates with people; it therefore never gets boring when thinking of new product features or when advocating it to the market. I highlight this point because I would always recommend people to choose a tech company where they can be passionate about the product, otherwise they risk losing the energy and spark to make the difference.

2) Across the organisation, we're proud of the fact that we empower people to act as leaders in their field and to stay intellectually challenged. Examples: On day 1, our marketing director successfully led in full a multi-country press release! Each of our business develoment people are responsible for their own sectors and for managing the sales process end-to-end. No one here is "territorial" - instead we focus on growing the pie and are confident everyone will be able to stretch themselves and feel like they're growing.

That's why by the way we always strive to hire people with strong ability and desire to lead.
