Hi there

It’s always tough to explain culture in a few sentences and it’s one of the reasons PathMotion as business actually exists - giving an opportunity to candidates to meet and talk to insiders of companies and make their own impression of the company culture based on the answers different employees will give to a variety of questions (much more insightful and telling than what sits on a corporate website or someone in recruitment will tell you in an interview!).

In our last few events we always had dedicated session on culture and values and we asked everyone what comes to mind when thinking about PathMotion’s values (everyone then could come up with some examples of how those values were concretely lived on a day-do-day basis) those are some of the keywords that came out at the different events and are probably a true representation of the culture that exists at PathMotion: Family, Ambitious, Fun, Innovative, Passion, Humility, Happiness, Open, Teamwork.

Each of those values are expected to be displayed on a day-to-day basis and are key criteria we choose and select new recruits on. They are also there to remind us how to behave and what to push for when we are in doubt.

Alon gave some concrete examples of how those values are represented on a day-to-day basis here:

Let me know if you have further questions.

Best,
David
