Hello Lenny,
Whilst the specific job requirements vary depending on the role, we always seek to hire people who have a track record showing they have the potential to excel in what they do (if you will work on sales, have you demonstrated you can sell our product?), who have the ability to become leaders in their role (if you work on product development, have you already come up with a product feature which delivered ROI) and who are great to work with (what will your former boss say about you?).
It's also interesting to note that in our recent team event in Lille, we asked every "PathMotionee" to describe what is a PathMotion employee? The 3 key words that stood out are: Ambitious, a Believer, and Kind. I guess we look for that as well!
