Do you have any interview tips for potential interns?
Additional information
What is the timescale and process for the application process? What do you think was the most challenging part of the process?

Client and Account Coordinator
Hi and thanks for your question!
For the Client and Account Coordinator role, the application process is quite fast and straight-forward.
All you need to do is send your CV and cover letter to us, quoting the role you’re applying for, and we'll get back to you within a few days. If successful, you'll be invited to a 30min video interview with our manager Kaeshelle C.
The next stage is then a platform review. This is for you to show us that you have the abilities to produce well-formatted documents suitable for clients. I would advise you to be creative and to carefully pay attention to details. It is also encouraged to get feedback from your friends and/or family first, before sending it back to us (they can help you improve on your work).
In my opinion, the most challenging part was definitely the second stage (the platform review). As the guidelines are not so strict, you have the freedom to produce whatever you want which can be a bit daunting. This is why you should ask as many questions as you can to get a clear idea of what you need to do before starting your document. I spend ages rewriting paragraphs, restructuring the document and re-reading it! And of course, I asked feedback from people around me :)
Hope this helps and good luck with your application!

Thank you very much for your answer.
How many interns do you take on each year?

Hi again, I would say PathMotion hires a dozen of interns per year. This obviously depends on how long each intern stays with the company, and when we need to find the next one.
